Baja Grill
Amanda's favorite restaurant. No one makes a better margarita than Evan, but Baja's skinny margaritas come close. If you plan to drink at Baja, consider taking an Uber. Those margs will knock the socks off ya! Amanda recommends the brisket tacos, chicken fajitas, table side guacamole, and street tacos.
Blue Sushi
For one of their first dates, Evan brought Amanda to Blue. Thus began her deep love for sushi and sake. You'll love Blue, whether you're a sushi fanatic or prefer something less raw. Order the Cowgirl and the Eden Roll! And you can't be the Peppered Tuna Tataki.
Shinjuku Station
After proposing and a flurry of phone calls and text messages to friends and family, Amanda and Evan sat down in a love-struck daze at Shinjuku Station for some celebratory sushi.
The Usual
Although they went to high school together and had more mutual friends than they realized, this is where Evan and Amanda first reconnected in 2014. If you're looking for a delicious cocktail, stop at The Usual.
