Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:15 pm
Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits with slacks or a sport coat are perfect. Think spring colors, soft florals, and flowy fabrics for a garden-party vibe (and please save anything close to white for the bride!). Everything is outdoors on grass, so choose shoes you’ll be comfy in. Late May in VA is usually 60–70°, but weather can surprise us — plan accordingly!
We kindly ask that all phones be silenced and put away during the ceremony — no photos or videos, please. We’d love for everyone to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us. (Don’t worry, we’ll have amazing photographers capturing everything!)
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
We’ll have casual hors d’oeuvres, little snacks, and plenty of drinks from the open bar while everyone mingles, snaps photos, and enjoys the scenery. During this time, we’ll be taking our couple photos and pulling close friends and family aside for a few quick pictures — we promise not to keep you from dinner for long!
Dinner
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Dinner will be a served buffet with plenty of delicious (but pleasantly casual) options, including kosher and vegetarian dishes. Settle in, relax, and enjoy a great meal before the dancing begins!
Reception & Dancing
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Once dinner wraps up, we’ll kick off the reception with dancing, music, desserts, and plenty of time to mingle and celebrate together. Come ready for a fun, relaxed evening on the dance floor!
After Party

For anyone who wants to keep the celebration going, stick around for the afterparty! We’ll keep dancing, sipping, and partying into the night with whoever still has energy left.
