Boston Logan International Airport

This is the largest airport in the region. It is a 2 hour drive from our wedding venue, and a 2.5 hour drive from North Conway (where many hotels are located). There are two smaller airports (Portland International Jetport and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport) about 90 minutes from our venue, but they have fewer flights which are likely more expensive. We recommend flying into Boston Logan! *** Dit is de grootste luchthaven in de regio. Het is ongeveer 2 uur rijden van onze trouwlocatie en 2,5 uur rijden van North Conway (waar veel hotels te vinden zijn). Er zijn twee kleinere luchthavens (Portland International Jetport en Manchester-Boston Regional Airport) op ongeveer 90 minuten van onze trouwlocatie, maar deze voorzien minder vluchten die waarschijnlijk ook duurder zijn. We raden dus aan om naar Boston Logan te vliegen!

United States Visa Waiver (ESTA)

Zolang je een Belgisch internationaal paspoort hebt, dan heb je geen visum nodig voor de Verenigde Staten. Een aantal dagen voor je vertrekt, moet je wel zeker een visum waiver (ESTA) aanvragen. Deze aanvraag kan je online doen, dit is heel eenvoudig en kost $14 (of 12.50 EUR). Gebruik enkel de officiele website van de Amerikaanse overheid! https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/ *** As long as you have an EU international passport, you do not need a visa for the United States. A few days before you leave, you should definitely apply for a visa waiver (ESTA). This application can be done online, it is very simple and costs $14 (or 12.50 EUR). Rental Car

Getting to New Hampshire

We expect most of our guests from out-of-town will rent cars to travel from Boston Logan Airport to New Hampshire. This will allow you to explore the beautiful area all weekend. There are several car rental agencies at the airport, and plenty of parking space at the venue. We encourage you to carpool! There is also a public bus from Boston to North Conway, NH (about $64 roundtrip): concordcoachlines.com *** We verwachten dat de meeste gasten een auto zullen huren om van Boston Logan Airport naar New Hampshire te reizen. Op die manier kan je het hele weekend de prachtige omgeving verkennen. Er zijn autoverhuurbedrijven op de luchthaven, en er is zeker voldoende parkeergelegenheid op de trouwlocatie. We raden ook aan om te carpoolen indien mogelijk! Er is ook een openbare bus optie van Boston naar North Conway, NH (ongeveer $64 heen en terug): concordcoachlines.com

Shuttle

Shuttle from North Conway

July 3, 2022 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm

We will provide a shuttle from Hampton Inn & Suites, North Conway to our wedding venue (35 minute drive). Other hotels (e.g., Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Residence Inn by Marriott) are just a few minutes walk to the pick up spot. If you don't want to worry about driving yourself to the wedding, this option is for you! The shuttle will depart from the hotel to the wedding venue at 2:30pm, and from the wedding venue back to the hotel at 9pm and 10:30pm. *** We voorzien een shuttle van Hampton Inn & Suites, North Conway naar onze trouwlocatie (35 minuten rijden). Andere hotels (bijv. Holiday Inn Express & Suites en Residence Inn by Marriott) liggen op slechts een paar minuten wandelen van de ophaallocatie. Als je je liever geen zorgen wilt maken over de autorit naar onze bruiloft, dan is deze optie iets voor jou! De shuttle vertrekt om 14:30 uur van het hotel naar de trouwlocatie en om 21.00 uur en 22.30 uur van de trouwlocatie terug naar het hotel.

Camping on our wedding night

Any and all guests are welcome to pitch a tent and stay over the night of the wedding! There's a beautiful area for camping on the property, a firepit, and (very nice) indoor bathrooms and showers for any camping guests. We will be staying in a house on the property, too -- let's party all night! *** Alle gasten zijn welkom om een tent op te zetten en de nacht van de bruiloft te blijven! Er is een prachtig kampeerterrein op het domein, een vuurplaats en badkamers en douches voor campinggasten. Wij zullen zelf ook in een huis op het domein verblijven -- laten we de hele nacht feesten!
