We're getting married!

Just like anything else these days our story started with technology. Daniel came across a tagged post on social media from a mutual friend that led him to a photo of Layle. Daniel was so intrigued and mesmerized with Layle's beautiful smile that he slid into her DM's. After Layle accepted friendship, we talked for almost 2 years and realized how much we had in common and how much we were alike. On February 4th of 2019, a cloudy rainy Ocean Beach day we went on what would be our first date. From that point on we knew that life didn't make sense apart.

It was a sunny Friday during what we all know was one crazy year-- the COVID-19 pandemic. This didn't stop us from flying a little Cessna to Columbia Airport on the Sierra Nevada Foothills. We had a cute picnic set up on the freshly cut, green-grass runway under the wing of the plane. Daniel got down on one knee-- popped the question and Layle popped the champagne! The day ended with a Bay tour over the Golden Gate bridge knowing we were about to "takeoff" on the best journey of our lives!
