New Seabury on Cape Cod

This is the site of the ceremony and reception. They have small cottages to rent for those who wish to stay onsite. Cottages that are still available are 2 bed 2 bath cottages (Sea Quarters Cottages). Call to book and mention Guthrie/Elder wedding for a 10% discount. 508-539-8322 option 6 at the menu. Should you wish to book any units, there is a deposit of half of the total cost of the stay at the time of booking. The second half of the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival. Sea Crest Beach Hotel

We have a small "room block" with a discounted rate. Call Lauren Tyler, our reservations manager, at the number above Monday-Friday 8 a.m. -5 p.m. EST. Please let Lauren know you are with the Guthrie-Elder wedding group. These rooms will be available until August 13. A deposit will be required. Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date, with a $15 administration fee. This is currently 'high season' on Cape Cod, so the hotel will be busy. Flight

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)

The most convenient airport to fly into for international guests is Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). Those flying domestically may wish to fly into BOS or T.F. Green Regional Airport (PVD). The venue is approximately 90 minutes away from each airport.

Travel Note

Getting to Mashpee from Boston and beyond

The most convenient way to travel to Mashpee is by car. The airports will have a number of car rental agencies. For those who absolutely do not wish to drive, there is a Peter Pan Bus that runs from Boston South Station to Falmouth, MA.

Shuttle

Shuttle to/from Wedding

October 14, 2018 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

A shuttle will be available to take guests to and from the wedding venue. Shuttle pick-up and drop off will be at the following locations: Seacrest Hotel, Mashpee Commons, and onsite cottages at the New Seabury.
