Close to the New Seabury on Cape Cod, Mashpee Commons has great restaurants, shops (including a grocery store), a cinema and more. For those who are staying locally in Mashpee it is a convenient and fun place to check out or pick up something you need.
If you're staying in the area for an extended period of time, Nantucket (and Martha's Vineyard) could make an excellent day trip!
This is one of Euan and Alexis' favourite restaurants. Alexis and her mom have gone here for special occasions since the 1980s.
Where Euan fell in love with....cannolis. Great spot for Italian desserts and treats.
For those en route to Cape Cod from Boston, this park offers batting cages, go-karts, mini golf and laser tag. Needless to say, Euan is a huge fan.
Great shopping and restaurants in downtown Boston...check out Pepper Palace for specialty hot sauces!
Amazing place for a drink or dinner...Euan and I had a very special meal here. Euan recommends pork chops and macaroni and cheese. Alexis recommends the shopping before/after your meal ;)
Harvard University and Harvard Square...great place to check out to feel 'wicked smaht'.
Visitors Center will have helpful information, and the Common itself is beautiful
Highly recommended. Visit here for more informaton on the Freedom Trail: http://www.thefreedomtrail.org/.
Best pizza in Boston.
Good outlet shopping en route to Cape Cod...Brits check out Old Navy!
Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower...if you're interested in history and want to see where the Pilgrims landed.
Mashpee Beach, right outside the New Seabury.
Arguably the best pastry shop in the North End, and the freshest pastries as per the locals! Do not miss!
In a huge sports town, Fenway Park is a “must visit.” With the Red Sox (hopefully) heading to the playoffs, check out a game or also you can book tours of the ballpark (the oldest ballpark in America). Brits, do make sure you try a Fenway Frank! (Note: Alexis took Euan here when he first came to visit).
Adorable seaside town in Cape Cod. Near Falmouth.
