When you call to book a room, just let them know you need the block of rooms with the Dodd wedding. There are 15 rooms available, with the first night being August 3rd, staying for 2 nights. Guests have until July 15th to book

While we don't have a block of rooms at this hotel, it is a lovely place to stay. Evan and I stay here every year for our anniversary. I recommend the bay side rooms and leave your window curtains open! We woke up one morning to see a porpoise jump, an eagle fly by, otters floating just offshore and a seal tanning on the rocks. Alaska was really shows off in Homer, and Land's End is a great place to watch

If you're feeling a little Alaskan and want to camp for the weekend, the weather should be warm enough to get a good outdoorsy weekend in! As far as I know, this campground does not take reservations, but it's beautifully maintained and right on the Spit
Hotel
Aside from being the ceremony/reception venue, the Driftwood also has an inn attached! You could stay right on site. This is a great option if you plan on driving an RV down, if you want to just be able to walk around "downtown", or if you feel like getting some quality small-town Alaskan lodging.
Rental Car
Any rental car you'll get would have to be in Anchorage. If you're planning on renting a car, feel free to check out any of the ones listed at the Anchorage airport (enterprise, budget, avis, etc)
