FAQs

Question

Where Should I Park?

Answer

Both venues have ample parking available on-site. We will also be offering Valet parking at Makray. Makray also accommodates overnight parking. If you leave your car overnight, it will not be towed. We just ask that you pick it up by the following day.

Question

What Should I Wear?

Answer

Dressy attire, please! Think semi-formal — cocktail dresses, suits, dress shirts, ties, etc. Come dressed to impress and ready to dance!

Question

Can I Bring a Plus-One?

Answer

We love that you want to share the day but, to see if a guest is included, just enter your name on the RSVP tab. We're keeping things small and truly appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun night out!

Question

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 1:30 PM at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Itasca. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to find a seat and get settled before the procession begins.

Question

Are the Ceremony and Reception at the Same Location?

Answer

They’re at two separate venues. The ceremony will take place at St. Peter the Apostle Church in Itasca. Afterward, we’ll celebrate at Makray Memorial Golf Club in Barrington. Addresses and timing details can be found on the “Schedule” page.

Question

Whats the Weather Plan?

Answer

No need to worry — both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, rain or shine!

Question

Will There be Food and Drinks?

Answer

Absolutely! We’ll be serving dinner, drinks, and dessert — come hungry and ready to celebrate!

Question

What if I Have Dietary Restrictions?

Answer

We want everyone to feel taken care of! Please let us know about any dietary needs when you RSVP, and feel free to text Marissa or Ethan directly as well — we’ll make sure you're accommodated.

Question

Are You Registered Anywhere?

Answer

Yes! Your presence is truly the greatest gift, but if you’d like to browse our registry, you can find it on the “Registry” page of this website.

Question

Can I Take Photos During the Ceremony?

Answer

We’re planning an unplugged ceremony — we’d love for you to be fully present with us. But don’t worry, we won’t hesitate to share all the amazing photos our photographer captures!
