Iowa is a short 12-hour drive from the DFW area! It is an easy 1/2 day drive straight north!! Google Maps will take you right to our door!

Flying from Texas

Iowa is a short 2-hour flight from the DFW area! You can choose to fly into Sioux Falls, SD (1.5 hours from Lake Okoboji), Minneapolis, MN (2.5 hours from Lake Okoboji), Omaha, NE (3 hours from Lake Okoboji), or Des Moines, IA (3.5 hours from Lake Okoboji). We recommend checking all airports for the best rate! Car rentals are available at all airports. Consider a carpool with friends!!

This is the resort attached to the Waterfront Event Center, where the ceremony and reception will be held. They have different hotel/suite options. Please note that a two-night minimum is required. The room block will be released back to the public after June 1st, so please book PRIOR to this date for wedding rate and to ensure a place to stay. We fill up quickly for summer reservations!! You must CALL to inquire about the wedding rate, as online booking does not offer a reduced rate.
