Here are some recommended hikes/nature walks in the area. You will need to drive to the trail heads. Be prepared for the trails to be busy as it will be peak season. 1) Katterskill Falls - a 24 minute drive from Hudson, a 1.6 mile trail with low elevation gain. You can type the name of this trail in the search bar of the link to see reviews and other important information. 2) High Falls Conservation Area - a 17 minute drive from Hudson, a few trail options between 1-2 miles long. You can type the name of this trail in the search bar of the link to see reviews and other important information. 3) Greenport Conservation Area - just a 6 minute drive from Hudson. There is a short loop of 2.6 miles, a yellow trail for 2.9 miles and a blue trail of 3.9 miles. More specific details about this option is in the link. 4) Olana State Historic Site- a 9 minute drive from Hudson. The walking loop is 4.1 miles long and more specific information about this walk is in the link.

Has a bit of everything! 7) Wunderbar Bistro- for great bar food 8) Red Dot Bar & Bistro - for a bit of everything. It is the oldest operating restaurant and bar in Hudson! 9) La Mision- for Latin American cuisine 10) Baba Louie's - for great wood-fired pizza
