The dress code is cocktail attire. This is a step above semi-formal, so think elegant and dressy. Cocktail attire typically means a mini, knee-length or midi dress, or a dressy jumpsuit or pantsuit is also appropriate. Alternately, a suit and tie or tailored blazer and dress pants. We ask that you avoid wearing a white, cream, or ivory dress as this is traditionally reserved for the bride.
Yes, the entire event will be indoors, located in the Hotel Leo's historic Crystal Ballroom and adjoining Rose Room.
Parking at the Hotel Leo is limited and reserved for hotel guests only. Free street parking is available downtown on Sunday, as well as a free (on Sundays) parking garage at 1300 Commercial St, Bellingham, WA 98225, 1.5 blocks from the venue. Carpooling is encouraged whenever possible.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself enough time to find parking and be seated before the ceremony start time at 12:30 pm.
Though we love your little ones, we can accommodate a very limited amount of children at the venue. If your children are not listed on your invitation envelope, we kindly ask that you make other arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend.
In order to keep an intimate atmosphere at our wedding, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you have received a plus one it will be indicated on your invitation envelope.
