Flight
Denver International Airport (DIA) is the closest airport to our reception. Downtown Denver is easily accessible from DIA via taxi, public transit, or ride share.
Rental Car
If you decide to rent a car for the weekend, we recommend that you make a reservation at a Denver International Airport rental car company, as the airport is about 30 minutes outside of Downtown Denver. Denver International Airport has more than 10 major rental car companies.
Train
Guests can use the Regional Transportation District (RTD) A Line Train to ride from Denver International Airport to Union Station in Downtown Denver. Trains leave every 15 minutes between 5 a.m. and 8 p.m. and every 30 minutes outside of those hours. A $10 fare may be purchased on the RTD MyRide App or at a ticket vending machine at the platform.
Travel Note
If you prefer to use a ride share app, such as Lyft or Uber, you will need to download the app to your mobile phone and create an account before you can request a ride.
Hotel
We’ve reserved a 15-room hotel block at the Magnolia Hotel in downtown Denver. Magnolia Hotel rooms are available at a reduced rate of $199 per night. Please book your stay by September 10, 2026, to secure your reservation within our block.

House Or Rental
If you prefer to rent a house, condo, or other accommodations separate from a hotel, we recommend using VRBO or Airbnb. For convenience and proximity to events, we suggest looking in Central Denver or the Lakewood neighborhood.
