This hotel is the official hotel block! Please use this exact link to receive our block rate. Shuttle service will be provided to/from the DoubleTree to the reception at the Blue Heron. Hotel block reservations close May 26.

Travel Note

Reception Shuttle

A complimentary shuttle will take guests from DoubleTree Hotel to the reception! Guests who did not book with the Hotel Block are still welcome to take the shuttle. The first shuttle will depart DoubleTree at 3:30 pm to arrive to Blue Heron by 4:00 pm. The second shuttle will depart DoubleTree at 4:20 and arrive by 4:45. Following the reception, the shuttle will take guests back to the DoubleTree Hotel at 10:15 pm.

Travel Note

Main Gate Closed to Notre Dame

The Main Gate on Notre Dame Ave is closed during this weekend, so guests will have to drive though East Gate on Holy Cross Drive. This is on the northeast corner of campus, and directions are available on Google Maps by searching “Notre Dame East Gatehouse.”
