Joel and Estefania like to say their story officially began on December 26th, 2017 during their first date at the Old Spaghetti Warehouse. Between sharing Italian food and bonding over a Nirvana documentary, what started as a simple evening quickly turned into something special. The night continued with one of their now favorite pastimes, grabbing a beer at a local brewery, followed by mini golf and a stroll through downtown Salem to see the Christmas lights. But their story actually began a little earlier thanks to Joel's cousin Letty who first brought them together, a connection they'll always be grateful for. In the months that followed, Joel and Estefania continued to hangout where they got to connect, learn about each other and develop a relationship. They officially became boyfriend and girlfriend on May 19th, 2018. Fast forward to May 4th, 2024 Joel and Estefania got engaged under the sunrise in Cancun, Mexico. They have shared countless memories together from traveling, accomplishments, and simple pleasures like spending time with family and friends. Both Joel and Estefania are thankful to be starting a new chapter in life surrounded by the people they love most.
