Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be indicated on your invitation. We kindly ask that only those listed attend. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. Fans, and water will be provided. The reception will be held under an enclosed tent with lots of fans for a summer evening.

How will I get to the venue?

If you are staying at one of our hotels we have reserved for room blocks under "Travel & Stay" you will be able to utilize our shuttle services!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early so the ceremony can begin on time.

Is there parking available?

Answer

If you are not staying in one of the reserved hotels where a shuttle is available and choose to drive, you may park at the Historic Whitewood where you will be greeted and instructed on where to park! Ubers will be available as well.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and enjoy the moment with us.
