Presque Isle
This is our favorite spot to watch the beautiful sunsets in Marquette Michigan. We recommend jumping the Black Rocks if you can take the freezing water of Lake Superior.
Third Street Bagel
THE BEST BAGEL SHOP YOU WILL EVER EAT AT! Seriously, we recommend going here for a quick brunch. PLUS, it's located in Third Street, the street where all the popular coffee shops in Marquette are located (Espie's fav street)
Sol Azteca Mexican Restaurant
This is the best spot in Marquette if you are looking for great authentic Mexican food. It has a fantastic view of Lake Superior. It is located above Iron Bay restaurant.
Sugarloaf Mountain
Amazing spot for those who enjoy the outdoors as we do! It is worth the hike because the views are just breathtaking!!
McCarty's Cove
Marquette, Michigan is popular because of Lake Superior, so of course, we had to include THE BEACH!! McCarty's Cove is everyone's favorite spot to lay down and tan. The beach water here is slightly warmer compared to the beach at the DeRoche's backyard. It is family-friendly! This is also where we had our engagement pictures done! :)
Vango's Pizza & Cocktail Lounge
This is a great restaurant for classic American cuisine. You have to get the waffle fries though because they are SO GOOD
