What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Men, please wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie. Women, a midi or knee-length dress or dressy separates are perfect

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 5th, so we can have an accurate headcount. :)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’d love to include everyone, but due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thanks for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We know many of you are traveling from out of town, and it can be tough to arrange childcare. We’ve reserved seats for your kids, but if you'd prefer a night out, that’s totally okay too. Just be sure to RSVP accurately so we can plan accordingly.

What if i have dietary restrictions?

Answer

There will be an option on your RSVP to note any dietary restrictions for your group. We will give that information to the venue to ensure you have a safe & delicious meal

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Absolutely! We’ll have a full meal, drinks, and of course, dessert — including a Pittsburgh cookie table. Come hungry and ready to celebrate!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Eastern Pennsylvania in mid-October is typically gorgeous. Some may need a light jacket or shawl for after dark.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, and there is a breezeway for drop-off directly in front of the door.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

The venue has free parking on-site. There is a parking lot reserved for wedding guests to the right of the main driveway near the pool. Don't worry, there will be signs! Overnight parking is allowed

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors on the golf course, and our reception will be in the ballroom. Depending on weather, the ceremony may be moved to a covered patio connected to the building.

Is it okay to take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will be a phone free zone, but at cocktail hour and the reception we would love for you to take photos and add them to the shared album.

Will there be a Dollar Dance?

Answer

Rather than a dollar dance, we will be holding a 50/50 raffle. This is totally optional, but will be a fun way to replace the dollar dance tradition in a more "Dan and Emily" way.
