We recommend Dayton Airport (DAY) over Cincinnati Airport (CVG) as it is not only much closer to the venue, and much easier to navigate, but also generally less expensive. If staying at the Radisson Hotel, you can avoid the need for a rental car, as they provide a shuttle service between the hotel and airport and all other events are within walking distance of hotels
