Meet & Greet

Join us the evening before the wedding for a casual meet-and-greet! Enjoy a delicious three-hour buffet and drinks on us with a bar tab charged at consumption. It’s the perfect chance to relax and mingle before the big day! The venue is about a 20-minute drive from Patong Beach, so please plan your transportation accordingly (taxi, Bolt, Grab, tuk-tuk, etc.). We can’t wait to see you there!

Guest Arrival & Welcome
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a selection of refreshing beverages to enjoy before the ceremony begins.
Attire: Beach Semi-Formal (e.g., light-colored* linen pants, chino pants, dress shirt, midi or maxi dress, dressy jumpsuit, wedges, dressy flats, sandals with a slight heel, loafers, boat shoes, etc.) *Light pastel sunset colors = beige, pink, dusty rose, light blue, lilac, grey. Please avoid: bright colors, red, black, and jeans For more examples, please refer to the FAQ section discussing the dress code in detail.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
The ceremony will take place on the garden lawn. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early, as traffic can be heavy during peak season at this time of year.
Photos
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails.
Reception
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
A Thai buffet-style dinner will be served.
Party
9:00 pm - 11:45 pm
There will be an open dance floor with a DJ, along with additional entertainment like a photo booth and cultural performance.

Green Elephant Sanctuary Park

Please be ready in your hotel lobby by 1:10 pm. Kindly note that the driver can only wait for up to 7 minutes.

During the tour, you’ll have the chance to interact with the elephants—feed them, enjoy a mud spa together, and wash off in a freshwater pool alongside these gentle giants. Finish the experience by showering under their XXL showers. Private shower rooms with hot water are also available if you wish to freshen up further after the activities. Their photographers will be on hand throughout your visit to help you capture these unforgettable moments.
