FAQs

Question

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is the best gift we could ask for! Since we're having a destination wedding (and luggage space is tight), we're skipping traditional gifts. If you'd like to contribute to our honeymoon fund instead, we'd be so grateful. Thanks for being part of our story — we can't wait to celebrate with you! Question

Where should I stay in Seoul?

Answer

Please check our section on Travel for our recommendations on accomodations.

Question

How long is the wedding?

Answer

Korean weddings are usually shorter and more streamlined than Western weddings. Ours will include the ceremony followed by a lunch, and the entire celebration will wrap up within a few hours. Unlike many Western weddings, there won’t be a dance floor or evening party — instead, we’ll share a meal together before the day concludes.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Question

Can you share some recommendations for skin care products?

Answer

Skincare products to buy in Seoul and take home A. The “K-trend” ingredient squad (buy sets, not singles) These categories have been major 2025-era K-beauty darlings: - PDRN (often “salmon DNA”): Popular for “bouncy,” repaired-looking skin; shows up in serums, masks, and even clinic-style lines. (Trend coverage includes PDRN and “salmon sperm” facials/products.) - Spicule / micro-needle serums (“microneedling in a bottle”): Products that use tiny spicules (micro-structures) to boost penetration—can tingle and may irritate sensitive skin, so patch-test. - Milky toners + toner pads: “Easy mode” hydration + gentle exfoliation; toner pads are the practical souvenir because they’re fast and stackable for travel. - Overnight collagen masks / wrapping masks: The “wake up glazed” category—great for long flights and dry hotel air. B. Where to shop so you don’t waste time Olive Young (Myeongdong “Global Town”): This is the easiest one-stop for trend items, new releases, and staff who are used to tourists. Their Myeongdong Global Town store lists hours and address publicly. Myeongdong cluster strategy: There are multiple Olive Young branches packed into Myeongdong, so your group can split up and compare stock without traveling across Seoul.
