What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:15 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire: Formal dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks or suit.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation states "plus one," you may bring a date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we want you to fully enjoy yourselves without having to worry about taking care of them! We lovingly ask that you find a babysitter.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is on site parking. If you choose to drink, we ask that you take the bus provided back to the hotel and retrieve your car by 11 am the next morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The provided shuttle leaves promptly at 4:15 pm from SpringHill Suites Ashburn. The return shuttle leaves Middleburg Barn at 11:15 pm. Ubers are not a reliable form of transportation in this area.
