Question

Can I bring a plus one? Can I bring my child(ren)?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones beyond those listed on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand, and with love, we look forward to celebrating with each of you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM at the Camp Chapel. We kindly invite our guests to arrive at Brookledge starting at 3:15 PM to enjoy the Welcome Pavilion. You may also reference the 'Timeline and Event Details' tab on our website for further information.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask our guests to wear garden party semi-formal attire. The goal is to look polished and put-together, while staying comfortable for an outdoor setting. For women, this could mean a knee-length, maxi, or midi cocktail dress. For men, a blazer and chinos combination, with the option of a tie or pocket square, would be perfect. Lighter, earth-toned colors and breathable fabrics like chiffon, linen, or cotton are encouraged. Soft pastels, muted tones, and floral patterns are ideal for capturing the essence of a garden setting. Floral prints for dresses and ties add a lovely natural touch while still making a statement. Comfortable, sensible shoes are recommended to help you move around easily. Please note that jeans and t-shirts may feel too casual, while a full tuxedo or ball gown might feel overdressed. Question

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Hotel block details will be available under the 'Travel & Accommodations' tab. We recommend booking accommodations early to secure your preferred options. Additionally, consider nearby Airbnb rentals—there are several options for larger groups or families in the surrounding areas!

Question

Will there be transportation provided from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

We do not have travel accommodations to and from Brookledge at this time. If this changes, this section will be updated accordingly. While you are welcome to drive yourself, please note that Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available options in the area. Parking will be available for guests who choose to drive to and from Brookledge.

Question

Where are the ceremony, cocktail, and reception areas located?

Answer

The Welcome Pavilion, Camp Chapel, Raymond's Roost, and Fireside Pavilion are all conveniently located at Brookledge! Please refer to the Brookledge map included with your formal wedding invitation for a guide to all the venue locations. Brookledge Address: 7177 Antioch Road, Middle Grove, NY 12850

Question

What about the bar?

Answer

Guests are invited to enjoy an open bar offering a curated selection of beer, wine, hard seltzer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly as you celebrate with us!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you be fully present with us during our ceremony by putting away phones and cameras until we've been officially introduced as Mr. and Mrs. Your presence means the world to us, and we’d love for you to experience this special moment with your hearts and not your lenses. You are encouraged to take all the photos you'd like during guest arrival at the Welcome Pavilion, throughout cocktail hour at Raymond’s Roost, and during the celebration at the Fireside Pavilion. Don’t forget to tag your photos posted to social media with #ErinHeartsKrsna so we can find them later!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please visit the 'Registry' tab on our website for all of our registry options. We deeply appreciate your generosity and thank you for being a part of this special celebration.
