Erin's original roommate, the other half of all her Barbie games, owner of her favorite closet to steal from, and built-in friend for life.... her big sister. Lauren is a leader in everything from the military to her local church choir. She is mom to Kenny (everyone's favorite Malinois rescue pup), and her gardening produces more basil than all of Italy.

Rory's older brother, and both teammate and adversary (depending on the sport or video game). Dan was Rory's roommate for the first 17 years of his life - it went so well that they decided to run it back in college and grad school. In his spare time, Dan enjoys being a surgeon at Northwestern.
Bridget Liesman

Sister to Rory and friend to all. She survived 4 years as the only girl in a house of Liesman brothers, so she can do anything. Don't try to stump her on Harry Potter trivia (you will lose). Do ask her to build a puzzle with you on a cold winter day (vibes will be excellent).

Erin's little brother and the youngest of the McCune clan. When he is not busy caring for the sweetest little girl in the world (everyone's favorite niece, Ellie), Nathan and his wife Madi love all things Disney/Marvel! Nathan is also the culinary genius of the McCune fam (and we are all forever grateful).
Abigail Liesman

Rory's sister, the youngest of the Liesman sibs (and arguably the coolest). In between her Airforce shifts, find her painting custom wrapping paper, curating a new recipe, or hiking in a National Park. She is down for anything - from a coffee chat by the fireplace to a spontaneous excursion in the mountains, Abby is your go-to gal.
Cara Kaye

The OG of OGs on this list - Cara is Rory's cousin. She was born a month ahead of Rory and has kept that lead well into their adult lives. She's an incredible human and Rory's best friend. She lives and breathes Spartan basketball as their Social Media director. She's always there for a laugh or a vent. She (alongside Bridget) introduced the Taylor Swift world to Rory.
Kennedy Kniss

Kennedy asked Erin to be best friends in preschool, and Erin waited until Kindergarten to agree - but it was the best decision they ever made! From unsuccessful summer lemonade stands to sneaking out on the roof at sunset (yes, they still do this annually), this friendship has seen it all. Erin's rock through every milestone - for nearly 3 decades! Note: Kennedy did NOT cause Erin's black eye pictured above.
William Ward

Will braved living with Rory for the longest of any non-Liesman (three years in college and one in Chicago). Will is a true friend through and through. This man knows every sports team under the sun, along with their best players, and maybe even some salary cap knowledge.

It turns out that Erin and Jordan were baby ballerinas together before they could even read, but they became best friends in high school. Jordan convinced Erin to join on a "winter training" run with the cross country team, which somehow turned into years of competitive running. To know Jordan is to love her - she is Erin's favorite running buddy, square-dancing partner, and the best party planner around!
Dillon Rush

Alongside Will, Dillon is another roommate who braved living with Rory for three years at the University of Michigan. A mix of John Rahm and Scottie Scheffler, Dill is one of the best amateur golfers out there - his short game is tour-level.
Kaitlyn Keffler

One of Notre Dame's best decisions was placing Erin and Kaitlyn in the same college dorm (Go BP babes!). These two were also lucky enough to both land in Chicago for med school. As a new Detroit resident, Kaitlyn recently introduced Erin to her new favorite pizza. Erin is endlessly grateful for a decade of Kaitlyn's friendship (and Detroit-style 'za).
Jacob Foy

The last (but not the least) of the college roommates, Jacob lived with Rory for three incredible years. Jacob was Rory's go-to partner at the IM or at the library - that time spent was better for Jacob as he is now in his final year of internal medicine residency at Henry Ford
Natalie Heater

Med school brought Erin and Natalie together, and their weeknight baking/knitting/Marvel movie nights made these two the happiest roommates around. Natalie is Erin's go-to doctor for adult-human questions, Chicago's best hostess, and the only non-lawyer we know who could easily pass the Illinois bar exam.
Luke McVeigh

Arguably the smartest of the friend group, Luke is the only non-Wolverine of the bunch. This man is (unfortunately) alongside Erin as a fellow ND alum. As an all around impressive individual and another doctor on this list, Luke is in his second year of Neurosurgery residency at the University of Michigan.

Erin's med school roommate, turned European travel companion (these two arrived in Copenhagen to realize that Zosia planned the transit, lodging, and logistics. Erin just showed up with bakery recs). Now co-residents surviving the children's hospital together - Zosia is best friend that Erin could ask for.
