We ask that you RSVP by Sunday, May 2nd. If you’re a maybe, please let us know earlier, and we’ll do our best to answer any questions or get you any information you may be interested in to help make you comfortable!
We expect between 130 - 150.
Both the ceremony and reception will be at Taber Ranch Vineyard and Event Center (fully outdoors), to make it as seamless and easy as possible. Taber Ranch's address is: 16628 CR 81, Capay, CA 95607
Yes, the entire day is fully outdoors!
-- All employees tested or vaccinated before wedding season and working on a voluntary basis -- All employees masked at all times -- Sanitizer stations throughout the venue -- Restroom and high contact surface sanitizing schedule followed throughout event -- Recommend that guests wear masks if unable to properly socially distance -- Limit van passengers to max of 5 per vehicle (not including driver) -- Guests will be required to wear masks if riding in our vans -- Masks will be available for guests -- Protective barrier installed at our bar with room for guests to spread out in line Note: If you’d like to know more about venue protocols, please don’t hesitate to email us at AndersonAlvaradoWedding@gmail.com.
We’ll be spreading chairs out a bit more to allow for comfortable distancing, and chairs will still be in rows.
We’ve reduced the amount of guests per table to allow for lots of wiggle room from seat to seat. We’ll also have the caterer serve all food at cocktail hour and dinner to ensure utensils stay clean.
You do not have to be vaccinated but we’re thrilled with those who are able to get vaccinated (we will be vaccinated before the wedding). For everyone’s safety, we do request unvaccinated attendees either take a COVID test prior to attending and/or take proper precautions to socially distance ahead of the event. We trust that anyone who attends arrives healthy, well, and ready to celebrate!
We hope that guests who decide to participate in-person will show up healthy and respect each others’ space. To help with that, we’ll have red, yellow, and green wristbands which will help non-verbally communicate your comfort level to others. We’re also working on some creative solutions for the dance floor!
Unfortunately, after a trial run this weekend, wifi / cell reception just isn't strong enough at the ceremony location to be able to stream. We'll make sure to share lots of pictures afterward!
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior.
There is plenty of parking at the venue should you wish to drive. Shuttles will be provided to and from the event - picking up from Hotel Winters at 4:30pm on Friday. Evening shuttles will run on a loop from 9:45pm - 11:30pm.
We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire!
It will be beautiful! Expect highs between 75 - 85 and lows between 50 - 60. The event will be mostly outside, so bring a jacket or layer, however dancing will be inside the barn so we'll all stay warm!
We do! Hotel Winters is an amazing new hotel in downtown Winters, and is where we are staying as well! Visit the 'Travel' section for a unique link to book your room, and learn more about their safety policies in place.
We love ALL of your children, however we would like you to leave the little ones at home (only children over 10 please). We hope you understand! If you want help looking for babysitting support, reach out to us at AndersonAlvaradoWedding@gmail.com
Please e-mail us at AndersonAlvaradoWedding@gmail.com to let us know! We want you to be safe and comfortable!
At this juncture, we aren't sure if we'll be able to have an after party, but rest assured, we'll keep you posted!
