Pismo Beach has an iconic pier, authentic surf town vibe and outlet shopping all just 15 minutes away from SLO. This is to the south of SLO.
Avila Beach is 10-15 minutes from SLO and is highly recommended for its sunny, calm and relaxing atmosphere! This is north of SLO and usually a bit warmer.
This is a very unique hotel and if you have time should check it out and stop in for dinner or a drink! Think hot pink chairs, bright floral carpet and great espresso martinis.
Downtown SLO has such a fun vibe! It reminds us of downtown Lawrence, but with more shops, art galleries and restaurants spread between 2 streets. Both the wedding and the farewell brunch are located downtown.
The Paso Robles wine region is home to some amazing wineries and tasting rooms. If you decide to extend your stay, they are a short 20+ min drive away. Don't hesitate to reach out about some of our favorite stops!
This is a great Brewery with really good food options that is across a parking lot from the Spring Hill Suites hotel.
Nice spot for a little upscale seafood, if you are looking for a dinner option Wednesday or Thursday.
This is a little past downtown, but a great bar and grill with really good food in a causal vibe.
