We encourage you to take advantage of the many activities available on your doorstep! With acres of land, stick on your running shoes and take a run around the empty lanes with birdsong and sheep for company. Go for a walk or bring/hire bikes and explore the endless tracks with breath-taking scenery, you'll be able to spot some of the 200 deer roaming around near Boconnoc's cricket pitch! Grab your racquet and take advantage of the picturesque tennis court, located at the end of the Stewardry Walk. You can borrow racquets & balls from the Estate Office. Or book paddle boards and spend time on the lake! Collect eggs from the chickens or take advantage of the many bountiful foraging spots across the estate, think wild garlic pesto, three-cornered leek scones and blackberry crumbles! Explore the abundance of nature and wildlife on the estate; from beehives to the arrival of the swallows, deer, lambs, pheasants and so much more! Keep an eye out for the doves around the dovecote!

Porthpean, St Austell -> A small but beautiful little sandy beach. Kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, windsurfing and snorkelling are all popular here. A slipway allows easy access to the water.
