It began with a chance meeting at a mobile Guinness truck in Barnet on June 20, 2020. COVID, Strava, partying Tories and a drought of draught beer - these were very dark times. But from darkness, comes light. Erin sat enjoying a jug of Pimms on her driveway, while Raff, unbeknownst to him, was speaking to his future father-in-law over a freshly poured Guinness. Eyes eventually locked across the street; Raff saw a mirage, Erin wondered why a man in a dusty hoodie and football shorts was staring at her. As the evening progressed a spark was lit, conversation grew and Raff walked all the way home to Hendon with a new number in his phone. From there, 5 and a half happy years began. From picnic dates in COVID, lots of Cornish holidays, much-derided London Zoo memberships, pisco tasting, hiking in Peru, many nights at the Abbey Tavern, countless pizzas across London, summer parties in our Whetstone flat, chaotic backpacking holidays, the lovebirds had a blast. A sunset proposal at Crackington Haven in North Cornwall was the crescendo to it all. Now, they're bringing you all to the county close to their heart. It's time for them to be married and, with your help, give Boconnoc House the best party it's ever seen. Let's celebrate!
