FAQs

The Wedding Website of Erin Han and Phillip Yee
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To ensure a smooth and stress-free (hah!) planning process, we kindly ask to RSVP located at the front page or the link on the top page by February 22nd, 2025.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 4:00pm sharp, so don't be late! The venue is open to guests as early as 3:00pm if you want the best seats, but please reserve the front seating section to direct family and relatives of the bride and groom. Don't worry, you'll still be able to see us wherever you are seated!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress, but come as you are. Please note that we're in the bay and the evening time will be chilly. Bring a cardigan or some sort of cover-up!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Guests will have their +1's (i.e. in a long term relationship, fiancé, spouse) included on the guest list. Unfortunately, we cannot add your date if they're not on the guest list due to the limited guest count.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

At this time, we're only able to accommodate select children of close family and relatives, who are named on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be a buffet style, specially picked out by the bride and groom. We will offer a variety of meats, veggies, and sides to cater a variety of tastes. If you have accommodation requests, please reach out to us!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely let us know! Erin is a registered nurse and she takes allergies very seriously for her patients and guests alike.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

It wouldn't be a party without an open bar! Open bar will be open during cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony. Please drink responsibly and have a designated driver. Soda, juices, and mocktails will also be available. Cheers!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos/videos at the wedding?

Answer

We ask guests to keep photos/videos to a minimum during the ceremony, as we have hired professional photographers and videographer to capture the precious, intimate moments. During the reception, there is a photo booth for guests to enjoy, or we can take all the selfie photos and make TikTok videos together!

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. However, if you wish to give a gift, we would graciously accept cash gift as Asian tradition to start our newlywed life right. While registries are fun and thoughtful, we are blessed with what we already have at home. :)

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Parking is free and plentiful.
