Des Plaines River Trail

A nice trail that runs along the Des Plaines River, only a short walk from the hotel. The only official entrance crosses Milwaukee Ave just south of Apticisic. There is also an entrance right across Milwaukee from the hotel (thought the parking lot for "Loft 21") However, there is a small split rail fence blocking the second entrance, so, I suppose this entrance is officially closed. (even if it is slightly closer & more convenient) they are both shown on Google maps, and once you get there, it is a very nice trail!
