Question

Any other events I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We'll host a nighttime welcome gathering on Saturday 8/31/24, and an after party on Sunday 9/1/24. All guests are invited to everything! Please see "Schedule" page for details.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the ONCE Finger Lakes venue between 4:00-4:15pm to take your seats/chairs out on the lawn prior to the ceremony start (4:30pm). If taking the Shuttle, see "Travel" page for schedule.

Question

Is there transportation provided to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle available for all of our guests (will go from a hotel in Geneva to venue and back throughout the evening). No need to be staying at that hotel, just park there and join the shuttle. Please see the "Travel" page for the Shuttle Schedule and details.

Is there parking at the ceremony/reception venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue, but only a limited amount. Please plan to either: i) carpool, ii) ride on the shuttle from Geneva to venue (details on "Travel" page), or iii) hire a ride share (e.g., Lyft/Uber) if needed.

Is there a preferred dress attire?

Answer

Attire for the wedding ceremony/reception Sunday 9/1/24 is anything from cocktail to dressy casual. Most importantly, we hope you come however you feel best! (Attire for the welcome gathering Sat 8/31/24 is casual.)

Is there a time all guests must be gone from the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, reception at ONCE ends at 10pm, guests must leave venue by 10:20pm. We will head to our After Party at WeBe Brewing in Geneva, NY - all are welcome! Shuttle will stop there (see "Travel" page for details).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Though we love your children, this will be an adults-only wedding event, with a few exceptions for family members participating in the ceremony. We hope this will encourage our guests to enjoy a night off and celebrate fully!

Answer

Yes - we do! Please see the "Travel" page of our website for hotel options, including one remaining room block option available at a hotel in Geneva, NY.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 15, 2024. (If you're able to RSVP sooner, we would very much appreciate it!)
