FAQs

The Wedding Website of Erin Kiss and Matthias Kiss
Please feel free to contact us with any questions via email at kiss.me.marks@gmail.com
Question

Can I RSVP before the formal invitations are sent?

Answer

Yes! We would be happy to take any RSVPs prior to the mailing of our formal invitations. We are still organizing the formal invitations, and prefer to have guests contact us electronically due to international and national mail delays. Please feel free to email Erin at kiss.me.marks@gmail.com to RSVP or click our RSVP tab on this site and respond here.

Question

When should I start planning my trip? Any tips you recommend?

Answer

We would recommend booking airfare soon. There are great deals on airfare available via websites like Studentuniverse.com, Skyscanner, and Kayak. Hotel or Airbnb accommodations do not need to be booked ASAP, and can include flexible cancellation or rebooking. September is a excellent month to visit the greater New York area, or plan a trip to NYC. Please check out our Travel and Accommodation page for more information and guidance.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP if you would like us to make note of any allergies or preferences.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot directly across from the church that provides free parking. Parking is also available on site at Indian Harbor.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. A jacket and button down shirt is required at the reception venue for gentlemen.

Question

Is there a registry?

Answer

No, we do not have a gift registry. Between shipping costs, customs forms and VAT, plus totally different power plugs, we decided against a gift registry. We look forward to celebrating with you and a card is always greatly appreciated.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, they're awesome! They are more than welcome at our ceremony. But we want our wedding reception to be your night off to enjoy!
