If you already know you are planning to attend, you do not need to wait until formal invitations go out to book. There is no deposit required to reserve your room and payment is not due until 30 days ahead of the event. You may cancel at no charge any time before those 30 days. We also highly encourage coordinating with other guests to secure the best deals on rooms, as two-person rooms cost significantly less than singles. Please note that rooms must be booked using the promo code listed in order to secure the discounted rate per person. The promo code expires on March 19, 2027. Any new bookings or modifications to existing reservations (editing names, occupancy, travel dates, room type, etc.) after that date will not be able to honor the discount.
