How long should I plan to stay for the wedding?
Answer
Since we have our welcome party on Thursday evening, 5/20, we recommend arriving on Thursday, 5/20 and planning to stay through Sunday, 5/23, to enjoy the weekend of celebration. You are welcome to arrive earlier or stay longer, if you'd like. The wedding party and families of the bride/groom should plan to arrive by no later than noon on Thursday, 5/20 and depart on Sunday 5/23, unless you'd like to stay longer.

When does the discount promo code for the rooms expire?
Answer
March 19, 2027. All travel plans must be locked no later than this date as the promotional code will not be honored for new bookings and modifications to existing bookings past this date.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony starts promptly at 5 o'clock PM. Please arrive at the ceremony venue no later than 4:45 PM. Wedding party and family of both the bride and groom will receive a separate schedule for photography and will need to be available before this. Timing will be communicated closer to the wedding.

Are the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Mostly outdoors! The ceremony will be held at the Oasis Gazebo, a beautiful garden-view island-style gazebo under shade, but outdoors. The reception will be held at the X-Lounge, which is a partially shaded rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean. More details to come.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We’d love for our guests to join us in formal attire. Please keep in mind that our venue is in a warm tropical beach setting.

Can I bring an additional guest?
Answer
We kindly request that only those named on the invitation join us to celebrate due to venue constraints.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres is an adults-only all-inclusive resort, and because of this, we cannot accommodate children at the wedding. Thank you for understanding.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the airport to the resort?
Answer
Yes. Details will be communicated closer to the wedding, but there will be complimentary transportation between Cancun International Airport and the resort for all wedding guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Of course. Please communicate any food allergies or restrictions at the time of RSVP and the resort will accommodate.
