Please, book into the room blocks listed on the "Travel" page before March 23rd. If you are booking outside of the room blocks at another hotel or Airbnb, we encourage you book as soon as possible. Mother's day weekend is a popular time in Santa Fe for staycationers and especially at hotels with spas.
The venue is located about forty-five minutes from Downtown Santa Fe and one hour and fifteen minutes from Downtown Albuquerque. Uber and Lyft are extremely limited evenings in Los Cerrillos so we highly suggest carpooling. We will have a shuttle for our guests staying at the Best Western. For all other guests, transportation will be on own.
Great Questions - Our meal is a custom curation based on all seasonal ingredients and is subject to change up until the day of the wedding. In your RSVP, you will let us know if you prefer Vegan/Vegetarian, Fish, or Beef and if you have food allergies. Come with an open mind! Expect light bites during Cocktail Hour and a Southwestern Inspired dinner - chile is possible.
Data and cell service are extremely limited at the venue - which is perfect because if it were up to us we would ban phones all together. We are excited to see your pictures from the Cocktail Hour and Reception, and we hope you will share these memories with us after the wedding. But for our Ceremony, we kindly request that you silence and put away cellphones. No photo taking from the aisles - no snapchat - no Instagram. We promise to post the photos from our photographer when we get them, but for our special moment on our special day, we hope you will join us in being fully present in the moment without your phones.
Cocktail Attire! Feel free to add some flare like fun colors, patterns, and textures - we are in Santa Fe after all. No need for tuxes or full fledge gowns, but no jeans please. Santa Fe is a high alpine desert, so it can be cool in early spring. Check the weather ahead of time for snow, prepare accordingly. We will still be outside even if it snows (with heaters), so keep that in mind when making your outfit selections.
We have a number of guests attending traveling from around the country and even internationally. In light of this, we ask that if you are not vaccinated, you take a COVID test before traveling and a rapid test when you arrive to town. If you are feeling unwell leading up to the wedding, please do not attend. We are not currently planning on enforcing masks as the state of New Mexico is not mandating masks for private gatherings, but we welcome anyone that chooses to wear one throughout the evening! The State of New Mexico is no longer mandating masks in general, be aware and prepared when entering different businesses and hotels around town as some businesses are still requiring them. We will share updates if anything changes to the state or venue requirements.
