Kristina and Erin moved to Honolulu, Hawaii in the summer of 2021 after accepting jobs at KITV4 Island News. Kristina was an East Coast girly, traveling nearly 5000 miles away from her family, and Erin a quick jaunt from Southern California. On December 30, 2023, Kristina proposed on a surprise trip to the Big Island.
