Shuttle Schedule to the 2 hotels listed below

Due to time constraints, we can only offer 2 shuttle pickups on the way to the ceremony. If you are taking advantage of a shuttle ride, please be ready and in the lobby for the pickup times below. The bus drivers have a schedule to follow to ensure maximum time for celebrating! Departing from the Hotels to the Venue for the ceremony: 3:00pm - Shuttle 1 arrives at The Holiday Inn Express 3:10pm - Shuttle 1 leaves The Holiday Inn 3:11pm - Shuttle 1 arrives at The Courtyard Marriott 3:15pm - Shuttle 2 arrives at The Holiday Inn 3:20pm - Shuttle 1 leaves The Courtyard Marriott and drives to venue 3:25pm - Shuttle 2 leaves The Holiday Inn 3:26pm - Shuttle 2 arrives at The Courtyard Marriott 3:35pm - Shuttle 2 leaves The Courtyard Marriott and drives to the venue *This is the last departure to the venue - if you don’t make this, hop in your car… it’s a long walk* Departing from the Venue to the hotels after reception: 9:00pm - Shuttle 1 arrives at Stonewall (the venue) 9:15pm - Shuttle 1 departs Stonewall to drop off guests back at the hotels (eta to hotel 10:00pm) 10:00pm - Shuttle 2 arrives at Stonewall for the conclusion of the reception 10:15pm - Shuttle 2 departs Stonewall to drop guests back at the hotels (eta to hotels 11:00pm) 11:00pm - Shuttle 1 arrives back at Stonewall for the conclusion of the after party and the final pickup

Please Call the hotel at 607-432-2200 and mention you want to book a room under the Holleran/Meyer wedding GROUP CODE : HMWS to obtain a room reservation at our discounted rate of $169 per night + taxes/fees. The hotel does require a 2 night booking minimum (Friday 10/31-Sunday 11/2). The Courtyard by Mariott does not have complimentary breakfast, but has breakfast services at additional costs. Our Wedding Block is open for booking through 9/16/2025 or until all rooms are reserved, whichever comes first.

Albany International Airport

For our out of state guests: Albany International Airport is the closest airport to our venue, an approximate 1 hour and 45 minute drive. Other popular airport options may include John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), and LaGuardia Airport (LGA) - these are about a 3 hour 30 minute drive to/from the Venue. Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR) an approximate 2 hour 15 minute drive or Greater Binghamton Airport (BGM) an approximate 1 hour 20 minute drive.
