How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP through this website by clicking on the tab at the top and following the directions. Make you sure you have booked your accommodation as these details will be required for RSVP. Alternatively you can email TheWedding@rpltraining.com.au

Do I need to attend all of the Events of the Wedding Weekend?

Answer

We are taking the opportunity to enjoy a few activities while we're in Airlie Beach for the week of our wedding. Attending any of our events is completely optional, however details on how to join us are listed on the Weekend Itinerary tab of this website. We have listed these in advance to enable those who do wish to attend to make travel arrangements to suit.

Friday 17 June 2022. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume that you are not attending.

Dress Code

Answer

The dress code for the Wedding is Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, or dressy jumpsuits for the ladies and jackets and slacks for the men.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As this is an exclusive venue, guest numbers are limited. If you wish to bring a date, please note that this will be subject to availability and capacity restrictions at the venue, and any cost of bringing an additional person if numbers permit will be payable by you.

Dietary Requirements

Answer

We understand that many of you will have specific dietary requirements or allergies. When you RSVP, please ensure you list any dietary requirements or allergies you have so we can ensure you have something suitable to eat when deciding on our menu with our venue and caterers.

Transportation for the Wedding

Answer

You will be collected from your choice of accommodation (or central location close by) from 2pm on the day of the wedding, and delivered to our secret venue. Please ensure that you are ready by this time, as we are unable to arrange additional transport to the venue should you miss this one. From 10:30pm, you will be transported back to your accommodation or to the VIP After Party whichever you prefer.

Your Accommodation Details

Answer

As the venue is being held at a secret location, we will need to know where you are staying so we can coordinate your transport to and from the venue on our wedding day. Please ensure that when you RSVP, you advise where you will be staying, and what date you will be arriving in Airlie Beach. The purpose of this transportation is to allow everyone to stay where they choose in Airlie Beach rather than be limited by us reserving a "block of rooms" for our guests which may not be suitable for you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We have organised transport to and from the venue on our wedding day. There will be no parking available at the venue to drive yourself.

Wishing Well

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all, however should you wish to help us celebrate with a gift a wishing well will be available on the day.

Unplugged Ceremony

Answer

We ask you to be fully present during our ceremony, and we have a photographer and videographer to capture our memories. There will be time for selfies, and group photos after, however we ask that you kindly turn all mobile phones to silent and refrain from taking photos and videos to enjoy the ceremony with us.

Children

Answer

Unfortunately due to restrictions on capacity at the venue, only invited children are able to attend. The venue is a very beautiful place and for kids it is a wonderful hidden world to explore. With all the unfenced pools, ponds, high walls and other opportunities for mishaps, children must be supervised. To do this, and ensure invited parents can truly relax, children (0-14) will be placed into the Kids Club on arrival at the venue. Kids Club will have plenty of activities and food, however parents will have full access to check in, and kids can see their parents throughout the event. Let me know if you have any questions!
