Sunset Sail

4:30 pm - 7:00 pm

We would like to invite you to join us for a privately chartered Sunset Sail on Thursday 1 September to relax before the weekend, departing the Marina at 5:00pm returning 7:00pm. “Unwind in the ambiance of a Whitsunday sunset on board Sundowner Cruises. Watch the lights of Airlie Beach while enjoying your favourite tipple from the fully licensed bar. Sundowner offers a relaxing social atmosphere. Sundowner is a purpose-built catamaran with a spacious open plan entertaining area that can accommodate 48 passengers comfortably, she is also very stable, making her perfect for those who may not have their sea legs or may be a little unsteady on their feet." COST: $60 per adult, $40 per child (3-14), $0 children under 2 Drinks will be at bar prices, however you will be presented with a complimentary drink on boarding. Welcome to the Whitsundays

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

We would like to have a quiet cocktail and welcome all of our guests to our beautiful Whitsunday wedding destination of Airlie Beach. We have reserved an area in the Rooftop Bar section of the venue in the name Styles-Kruse. We will supply a couple of light platters, however drinks are at bar prices. Please RSVP so we can ensure sufficient platters are ordered. Welcome drinks are scheduled to welcome everyone, and due to finish before dinner, so all our friends and family can have dinner at a venue of their choosing or head back to their accommodation to enjoy an early night in. While we get our beauty sleep before the big day, you may wish to stay on for dinner. You will need to book a table to stay for dinner.

Wedding | The Big Event

2:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, men in jackets and slacks.

Your transportation to the wedding location will collect you from your accommodation from 2pm, and deliver you back after 10:30pm either to your choice of your accommodation or the After Party. You will be provided with the exact pick up time closer to the wedding. Please be ready by this time, as we will be unable to arrange alternative transport to deliver to you our wedding.
