After cocktail hour, we will make our way to the dining room. Garden Salad: mixed greens, vine ripened tomatoes, pickled carrots, Kalamata olives, shaved parmesan and a balsamic honey vinaigrette. Choice of: Chicken: thyme and lemon roasted chicken breast served with garlic mashed potatoes, ragout of wild mushrooms and corn with a light port wine pan sauce. Salmon: pan seared herb crusted salmon served with a warm corn relish, sweet potatoes puree and a light port wine beurre rouge. Steak: pepper crusted NY strip steak served with gorgonzola smashed potatoes, red onion marmalade and a green peppercorn sauce Vegan / Vegetarian / Gluten-free options available upon request.
