Question

What if I forget to RSVP?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you miss the March 12th RSVP date, we will not be able to accommodate you. We are required to submit final head counts and final payments on specific dates and will not be able to change those counts once they are submitted.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love children, we have opted for our wedding to be an adults only affair with the exception of those in the bridal party.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We respectfully ask that you refer to your invitation for this information. The person(s) invited will be listed on the envelope.

Question

When should we arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 in the afternoon. Please keep in mind that the Country Club is fairly close to the Greenbrier Mall area and traffic on the interstate does not always cooperate. Use your best judgement, be safe, and we will see you when you get here! Guests can begin to enter the ceremony space about 20 minutes before.

Question

Where should we park?

Answer

The Country Club has plenty of parking in front of the building as well as additional parking closer to the golf course. The main parking lot is the on the right side of Fairway Reach closest to the building. Additional parking is on the left side of Fairway Reach behind the tennis courts.

Question

But what will I wear?!

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. We want everyone to be as comfortable as possible and don't believe in things being too rigid or formal, however, please skip the jeans, shorts, flip flops, and ball caps for tonight. We also respectfully ask that the colors white and black be avoided with the exception of black trousers or dress pants.

Question

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Greenbrier Country Club allows smoking outside only. Our reception space includes an outdoor porch that will give people a chance to step outside if the need should arise. Please be sure that all cigarettes are properly extinguished and disposed of in appropriate containers. We want to make sure to keep the Country Club as clean as possible and don't want to see cigarette butts left outside.

Question

What's behind the bar?

Answer

We love a good party but in an effort to keep overall costs down we are providing a cash bar for alcohol and sodas. Coffee, water, tea (sweet and unsweet), and lemonade will be provided at no cost. Thank you for understanding! Please note: The bar accepts card payments only.
