For those flying into Cedar Rapids, Iowa - the closest airport is the Cedar Rapids Regional Airport, from there you can Uber or rent a car. 
We did block rooms for Friday & Saturday at Doubletree by Hilton - downtown Cedar Rapids, a few blocks from the venue, a shuttle is provided to and from the hotel.
