Answer

In person guests should RSVP no later than June 11. Virtual guests need not RSVP.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests attending the ceremony in-person should arrive no later than 5:30pm. Guests attending virtually should log on by 5:45pm.

Question

I am unvaccinated and have been invited to attend the wedding in-person. What safety measures are recommended for me?

Answer

If you are unvaccinated, please let us know by through the RSVP. We recommend that you get tested before attending the wedding and consider quarantining up to 14 days prior aside from mandatory activities. Additionally, we ask that you follow the safety protocols for mask wearing and social distancing outlined by the CDC:https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/large-gatherings.html.

Question

Do I have to wear a mask if I am fully vaccinated?

Answer

In accordance with CDC guidelines, guests who have received both doses of an approved vaccine more more than two weeks before July 10th do not have to wear masks. Please see the CDC guidelines for fully vaccinated people: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/fully-vaccinated-guidance.html.

Question

What COVID-19 measures are being taken for guests attending in-person?

Answer

As we monitor the ongoing situation, we may be asking guests to get tested prior to attending our wedding and/or report vaccinations. We recommend that guests try to avoid large public spaces the two weeks leading up to the wedding, aside from essential tasks, as much as possible.

Question

How will I know if I am invited to attend virtually or in-person?

Answer

In May, invitations will be mailed to all guests. Your invitation will indicate whether you are invited to share with us in person or virtually. If you are invited to attend virtually you streaming information for the wedding will follow your invitation.

Question

Why are at least 50% of guests invited to attend virtually?

Answer

Due to the ongoing pandemic, safety is a priority, despite our wish to celebrate with all of our close friends and family in person . While vaccinations are taking place, we cannot be sure that most people will choose or have the access to be vaccinated by the time our wedding takes place. Our guest list is currently at 275, but we know that this large of a wedding during the pandemic puts our guests at risk. As such, we will have a hybrid (partially in-person/partially virtual) wedding. Our guests attending virtually will follow a special program to engage with our wedding from the comfort of their homes.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Our wedding is adults only aside from children involved in the ceremony. The reception is Adults Only.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal attire is requested for both in-person and virtual guests.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is on-site parking. The suggested hotels are walking distance to the venue.

Answer
