As much as we love your children, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only event. Think of it as the perfect excuse for a kid-free evening and a well-deserved night out!
We kindly ask that you only bring a guest if your invitation specifically includes a plus one. As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate (read: afford) those who have been invited. We appreciate your understanding!
There is ample parking onsite! Please be mindful that a majority of parking is in gravel lots, though there is a portico for easy drop off.
We will be providing transportation to and from the venue for our out of town guests. The trolley will arrive at the hotel at 3:00 and depart for the venue at 3:15. They will only make one trip to the venue, so please make sure you're not late! The trolley will arrive back to the venue at 10:00, departing at 10:15, to bring guests back to the hotel.
Most of the food at our wedding will be gluten-free (blame Erin for this one), though there will be items that are not gluten-free - make sure you double check with the caterer if you require Erin-friendly food. If you have any other dietary restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll have food stations with a variety of options to accommodate most needs, but if you have a severe allergy or restriction, we definitely want to know in advance to make sure you’re taken care of!
We ask that you arrive between 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to give you time to get settled before the bride makes her entrance!
