Flight
The good news: getting here is half the fun. If you're flying in, make your way to Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) It's served by most major airlines and once you land, you're just a short drive from everything, including the Cal-Neva for extremely cheap shots and karaoke.
Rental Car
If you're road-tripping, pack snacks, make a playlist, and enjoy the ride on I-80.
Hotel
In true summer camp style, we have room to bunk at our place in Washoe Valley with views of the eastern Sierra. First come, first served, and yes, the coffee will be on.
Hotel
Probably the closest hotel to our house and centrally located for all events.

Midtown is super hip now. If you want to stay in the most walkable part of town and take it all in, this is a great spot. Some frills included.
Hotel
If you are going to stay in a casino for that true Nevada experience, this one at least has laser tag and a golf driving range.

Also, it's 2026 and Airbnb exists. Find your own place if you want.
Travel Note
Reno is a weird, scrappy, genuinely fun city with a food and drink scene that keeps getting better. Here are our personal favorites: Great Basin Brewing: Nevada's original craft brewery and an absolute institution. Cold beer, solid pub food, and the kind of place where everyone ends up staying two rounds longer than planned. We know Cody will be there. Thai Lotus: One of our favorite for a proper sit-down dinner. Fresh, flavorful, and deeply satisfying after a long day out. Super Burrito: Reliable and delicious. We hardly leave town without taking some with us. Hungry for more recommendations? We have opinions about every meal in this town. Just ask.
