Mon, Aug 24, 2026, 8:00 am - Wed, Aug 26, 2026, 9:00 pm
Consider this your official invitation to arrive early and play hard. Attendance is encouraged but not required. The itinerary for these first few days? Gloriously unstructured. Think sunrise hikes to alpine lakes, mountain bike trails that'll have you grinning through a mouthful of pine-scented air, rock faces begging to be climbed, and lazy afternoons wandering the Riverwalk or getting cultured at the art museum (we contain multitudes). Don't let a lack of gear slow you down... We've got you covered. Borrow our stuff, steal our recommendations, and let us be your overly enthusiastic trail guides to this place we love so much we live here. From August 24–26, we'll be gathering our favorite people and setting them loose on one of the most spectacular patches of earth on the planet: Reno / Tahoe. Come with an open schedule and broken-in hiking boots, ready to earn your s'mores.
9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Join us for a day on our favorite lake! We'll provide the boat and boards, you bring your swimmies and suncreen.
Sand Harbor requires reservations and will be busy. But we will plan to try and reserve 5-6 car spots ahead of time and get there early to claim our own chunk of the beach. Bring your own food and drinks for this day out on the lake. Hope you can join us and dip your toes in the jewel of the Sierra.
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
90's outfits are encouraged!
Join us for a neon-soaked, glitter-drenched roller rink party. Expect 90s throwback jams, disco and laser lights, chaotic group dances, and nerf fights. Skates and blades are provided. Roller Kingdom will have their snack bar open for pizza and pitchers (of soda). Don't worry, we can pre-game in the parking lot. Afterword, we can go have a drink in downtown before heading back to Washoe Valley.
4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Join us for an evening of joy, celebration, and just a smidge of silliness.
We will be at the Mormon Station State Park from 4-7 and move to a reception at the Genoa Town Hall from 7-11. Attire: Semi-formal (garden whimsy encouraged for those feeling a little extra ✨)
