Shuttle Transportation

We will have buses to transport guests from the hotel to the venue. The buses will depart the hotel at the following times: 3:30 PM, departing Homewood Suites, picking up at Hampton Inn and going to The Oaks 3:45 PM, departing Homewood Suites and going to The Oaks * Ceremony begins at 4:30 PM* 9:00 PM, a Homewood Suites Van will be departing The Oaks to return to the hotel 9:30 PM, a Homewood Suites Van will be departing The Oaks to return to the hotel 10:00 PM, the reception ends and we will have two First Student busses to return guests to their hotels!
Ceremony and Reception

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Cocktail hour will follow from 5 - 6 PM. Dinner and dancing 6 - 10:00 PM!
