Please book your rooms sooner rather than later. Although reservations may be booked up until September 8th, this is based on hotel availability. There are no deposits due at the time of booking and cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to arrival will be accepted without any penalties. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of booked arrival will incur a charge of one night’s room and tax. We will be offering a shuttle between Ma Maison and the Fairmont on September the 10th. If you know you plan on riding the shuttle between the Fairmont and Ma Maison, please RSVP as soon as possible to ensure an accurate headcount.
