Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)

Our easiest airport is Sky Harbor. We would recommend flying in and out of PHX. All major airlines have hubs here and most have regular flights to/from other major airports across the country. For your return home, we would warn you that the food selection in PHX is lacking compared to other major airports. Pack snacks!

Hotel

Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Mesa

The cutoff date to book with our Hotel Block discount is January 5, 2027. Rates are at $196 per night using the link provided here. They have the options of a room with a King-sized bed (Standard Room) or a room with 2 Queen-sized beds. If you need any extra accommodations, please work with the hotel directly This hotel is about 20 minutes from the venue and will allow you to extend or adjust your stay to fit your travel needs. The Hotel has confirmed that if we have at least 10 rooms booked with them, they will offer complementary shuttle service to and from the event. Additionally, parking at the hotel is $10 nightly unless we reach at least 10 rooms booked (then it will be waived). We will update this page if we meet the minimum requirement for shuttle and parking services.
