Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes—absolutely! We would love to celebrate with your whole family, little ones included. When you RSVP, please let us know if anyone in your party is under 21. Our venue requires an estimated count for younger guests (liquor laws and all that fun stuff). There’s also a spacious outdoor area where kids can play and take a break from the festivities. Just a quick note: the space isn’t fully enclosed from the parking area, so adult supervision will be needed. And of course—guests of all ages are more than welcome on the dance floor. The more energy, the better 💃

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Most likely, yes! We’ve done our best to include spouses, children, and known plus-ones on your invitation. If you RSVP through the website, family groups and any known guest will already appear with your invite. When you respond, please be sure to include guest's name so we can plan seating accordingly. If you don’t see an option to add a guest, feel free to reach out and ask! We want to make sure immediate family is accommodated first, but we’re hopeful we’ll be able to include everyone who would like to bring someone along.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see you in your best but understand that is a lot to ask for those of you traveling. We are leaning toward the dressy side for our own planning- so something in the Garden attire vibe is perfect! If you are more comfortable in dressy-casual, that is okay too! February in Arizona is a little on the colder side (for us at least). We would recommend having a light jacket or sweater for the evening. The Ceremony will take place outside, and depending on wind conditions, may be a little cooler.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our menu is not picked out yet, but we are planning a buffet style dinner. We do plan to have a vegetarian option and a meat option(s). Many of the entree options we are considering are already gluten-free. Because we are having a buffet style dinner, it is possible not all allergies can be accommodated. If you would like to let us know your specific allergies, we can make sure you are aware of what may not be safe for you. You can contact us if you have specific questions or allergy information you would like us to pass along to the caterer.

What is the bar situation?

Answer

Arizona liquor laws and the venue owners prohibit any outside food or drink from the venue space. We will have an open bar to those of you who are 21 years or older. Beer, wine and house spirits will be available to our guests. Water, sodas and juices will be available as well!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has dedicated parking lot that will be reserved for our guests. The Ceremony and Reception will take place at the same location, so no need to worry about moving cars between events! For guests that take advantage of the Hotel Block we have with Courtyard Marriott, they will also be proving a shuttle service to and from the event if we have at least 10 rooms booked with them. Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. We have a Hotel Block with a Courtyard Marriott that is about 20 minutes from the venue. Visit the Travel page of our website to find more information and the booking link if you wish to use this hotel. You are more than welcome to find your own accommodations. We would recommend that you check the distance between the venue and where you plan to stay. The venue is in Mesa, AZ but there are plenty of large neighboring cities to choose from.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Erin and Ben have chosen not to register at any specific retailer. Although your presence is enough, if you would like to give a gift to the newlyweds, they have created a registry directly through this site for things they need most. The Registry link has been added to the menu at the top of this page for quick access.

What else is there to do in Arizona?

Answer

If you are planning to make a vacation out of your visit, there are a TON of things to do out here. We have created a "Things To Do" page on our website with some of our favorite attractions. Most of these will require longer drives (like going to the Grand Canyon), but if you want some ideas for things more local, feel free to email or text us. Just let us know the kind of vibe you are going for and categories that may interest you and we can work on some additional recommendations.
