FAQs

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a registry set up through Zola and Amazon. The entire registry can be found under the link in our website. Since we will be taking a delayed honeymoon, we have set up an option for a Honeymoon fund, if you would prefer.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We suggest arriving around 4:00pm to enjoy live, pre-ceremony music.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Even though our entire event is outside, we ask that you wear cocktail attire that makes you feel your best! Feel free to bring a change of comfy clothes to dance the night away in or enjoy some time around the campfires.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are more than welcome. There will be littles and bigs at the ceremony and reception. There's even a playground right next to the reception area. Please keep a close eye on your littles, as there is a creek not far from the reception site.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a reserved hotel block for guests at the Country Inn and Suites, just 13 minutes from the venue.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We've tried to be as cognizant of food allergies as possible! The BBQ options and sauces as well as two of the sides will be gluten free. There is also a vegan/vegetarian BBQ option. Our S'mores dessert will have an option of gluten free graham crackers.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

When you arrive at the venue, there is a hay field to the left side, closer to the RV park. Please feel free to use the access road and park your cars in the field by the yurts. We ask that you don't park farther up, as your car will be in view during the ceremony.

Question

I'm staying on site, where do I park?

Answer

Each cabin has two designated parking spots. If you'll have more vehicles, feel free to park them in the hay field on the left side of the venue (by the RV parking), closest to the yurts.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you're staying in the area after the wedding, please join us on Saturday for a day of field games! Think three-legged race, volleyball, kickball, cornhole, horseshoes, etc.

Question

Who can attend the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

If you'll be in town on Thursday night, please feel free to join us for the welcome party meal beginning at 6PM. There will be live music, toasts, and general merriment. We will be having a traditional cookout with gluten free and vegetarian options provided.
